How does it work

  • Just be

    You don’t have to switch on your camera and microphone. You can just be. You can always share your insights in the chat if you feel like it or text me afterwards. I love hearing from you :)

    We already look at screens so often, that’s why I’m encouraging you to mostly listen to me and put your laptop or phone on the side. You can lie down, close your eyes, grab a cup of tea and get comfortable.

  • What to expect

    This selfcare session is here to let you feel the magic of intuition, slowing down and the power of rest. After this session you will feel calm, full of hope and clarity. You will realize that you’re not lost, you’re just overwhelmed and need support to untangle the knot in your head and heart.

    Let my energy guide you to more clarity, insights, different perspectives, hope and confidence.

Practical information

  • Date & time

    Wednesday 30 July - 7:30 PM until max 9 PM (=19u30-21u). Belgian time.

    It’s an online session via google meet. You can join via your laptop or phone.

    There won’t be a replay available so you are encouraged to really take this time for yourself.

    The session will be in English.

  • Energy exchange

    €22 for this one time only selfcare session that is open to everyone.

    All the other sessions will be for members only. You don't want to miss the start of this movement and this community. Imagine that you can say 'I was there when it started'. Pretty great, right. 🧡
