  • How it works

    Everything is at your own pace and online.

    You reply whenever you feel like it thanks to voice messages, text messages, tarot, meditation, journal prompts, … whatever is needed.

    If you have a busy life: no worries at all. This way we can still make it work. You don’t have to wait until ‘it’s not so busy’. Because let’s be honest: it’s time to stop putting yourself last and it will always be busy. Nothing changes if nothing changes.

    We go with the flow, based on your energy and needs. It’s all personalized and we work together.

    It’s energy exchange: I’m here to guide you but be aware that you need to do the work. The more you share with me and open up the better I can support you and this way you can get the most out of our journey together.

Hi there, so nice to meet you!

My name is Sarah, certified holistic health coach & yoga teacher, slow traveler, sunset lover, festival chick and the face behind Astéri.

I decided to go for my dream life after my body gave multiple signals that it had been enough (skin cancer, burn/bore out, broken wrist).
