How does it work

  • Just be

    You don’t have to switch on your camera and microphone. You can just be. You can always share your insights in the chat if you feel like it or text me afterwards. I love hearing from you :)

    We already look at screens so often, that’s why I’m encouraging you to mostly listen to me and put your laptop or phone on the side. You can lie down, close your eyes, grab a cup of tea and get comfortable.

  • What to expect

    This selfcare session is here to let you feel the magic of meditation, gentle stretches and reflection.

    You get personal guidance during the session and afterwards. You can always text or email me afterwards to share your experience/insights.

    The entire session is at your own pace and your own flow. No experience needed. Your presence is enough. ☀️

You don’t need to prepare anything.
Just show up as you are: soft, tired, wild, curious.
This is your safe space to just be.

Practical information

  • Date & time

    Sunday 5 October - 9:00 - max 10u30 (CET - Belgian time).

    It’s an online session via google meet. You can join via your laptop or phone.

    There won’t be a replay available so you are encouraged to really take this time for yourself.

    The session will be in Dutch or English depending on the participants.

  • Energy exchange

    €22 early bird price until 28 September, €33 late bird price.

    After registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the link to the session.
