Where and when you want
On the beach, in the hills (make sure to download it first if you won’t have internet ;)), in your room, … It’s available where and when you want.
Amazing sleep
If you suffer from overthinking and poor sleep, I recommend listening to an audio before going to bed.
Alone or together
Just unwind, slow down, connect with yourself. Or just feeling connection together, slowing down and letting love flow. You choose.
Different durations
There are different lengths from 6 minutes to 37 minutes. You can stop the longer versions when you feel it was enough for you.
Online or offline
You can download the audios so you can also listen to them when you’re not connected to the internet.
Learn to… relax
Each audio has a different theme. The focus is different. In some we will do exercises, in others we will learn to do nothing.
