    You’re always on the go, you’re a social butterfly who loves to meet up with friends, go out, and somehow your schedule is always pretty busy.

    You enjoy it but deep down you feel that you would like to have some time for yourself. You just don’t know when, you don’t really have time for it.

    Work, kids, family, friends, hobbies, … your schedule is so packed that you don’t have time to slow down.

    You feel that you need it, you know that you want me-time and that your body is craving some rest.

    There is just so much going on and so many people that count on you - you don’t want to let them down or disappoint.

    It’s very tempting to go out of do something, you don’t want to miss out. Even if you feel tired or overwhelmed you will push yourself to get out there.

    When you take a break you feel bored or you feel like you should be doing something ‘useful’.

Your body is telling you something

A few years ago, I was doing everything “right”: working 9-5, giving it my all, hobbies, hanging out with friends, studying.. but I felt so tired.

This was my daily life 👇🏻

  • Headaches, bloated stomach and having trouble falling asleep

  • Waking up and still feeling exhausted after plenty of sleep

  • Binge-eating and emotional eating: getting home from work or uni and eating a lot of bread, pastries, cookies, ….no energy left to make a decent meal for myself.

  • Irritated and annoyed by almost everything.

  • Isolating myself to recharge.

  • My body gave clear signs that something had to change: broken wrist, skin cancer, near burn-out and bore-out.

I learned the hard way that the mainstream way of living is not what we are made for.

    You decide camera on or off and you can share via the chat if you want to.
