Hi! I’m Sarah, so nice to meet you!
A few years ago, I was doing everything “right” but still feeling so tired.
I created the slow down circle because my life changed when I discovered self-development, body work, and energy. A whole new world opened for me where I finally started to understand myself again. After years of feeling lost, I slowly got to know myself (again) and what really matters to me.
What “normal life” looked like for me back then:
Too tired after work to hang out with friends, family or for hobbies like the gym or dance class.
Irritated and annoyed by almost everything.
Overthinking texts when people didn’t reply right away and starting to doubt every single word I said.
My body gave clear signs that something had to change: broken wrist, skin cancer, near burn-out and bore-out.
I learned the hard way that the mainstream way of living is not what I want.That’s why I decided to do it differently.
For me that means: solo traveling, building my business, plenty of me-time and having energy for quality moments with my friends & family.
People often tell me they want this life too but they feel scared. My answer? Do less, get to know yourself and take it one step at a time.
It all starts within. If I can do it, you can too. 🧡
What’s inside the slow down circle
the slow down circle is built on flow.
It’s a space where you’ll be guided and never pushed. During this year together, you’ll get:
✨ Monthly selfcare sessions to reflect and relax given by Sarah and/or guest speakers
✨ Access to the online platform ‘Discover’ to boost your confidence
✨ Weekly check-ins: from meditations, sound healing, mini-retreats, yoga flows to (tarot) card readings & intuitive talks
✨ Spontaneous sessions: shared when the energy is right
Monthly selfcare sessions (online)
This is your moment to take a real break: to slow down, clear your head and just breathe.
No pressure, no cameras on, no to-do list. Just time for you.
🧡 Sessions last 1 to max 1.5 hours via Google Meet (dates below).
🧡 It’s like a podcast, you can just listen and follow along. If you want to share something, you can do this in the chat or by sending me a mail/DM afterwards. ☺️
🧡 These sessions are a mix of meditation, gentle stretching and self-reflection. The topics that we will cover in the sessions match the modules of the online platform (see below).
🧡 You can join on the train, yogamat, couch, bed. Just a place where you feel comfortable and will not be disturbed.
You don’t have to attend every session. There are lots of tools to guide you on this inner journey. This is not a course you have to finish. It’s about creating a more relax and mindful lifestyle.
Discover - online platform to boost your confidence
The online platform guides you in-between the monthly selfcare sessions to boost your confidence, to get to know yourself better, to get clear on what you truly want and need.
Thanks to 5 modules with videos, audios, reflection questions, personal stories and tarot readings you will learn how to say no, how to break patterns, how to overcome fears, how to discover what’s holding you back, and MUCH more. All at your own pace.

Weekly check-ins
You’ll get one small moment each week to slow down and check in. It supports you to stay grounded and connected to yourself, even on busy days.
☀️ These moments are shorter than the monthly selfcare sessions and focus on checking in with yourself during the day. Like a healthy break.
☀️ There will be (spontaneous) live check-ins with breathing exercises and meditation with a duration of 15-20 minutes AND Instagram check-ins.
☀️ What you get in the Instagram group is different every week. Sometimes it’s a short meditation to let go of stress, a mini tarot reading to give you clarity, or a simple question to reflect on.
☀️ You can listen to the live check-ins on the train, during your work break, when you’re making coffee, during a walk, on your yoga mat, or wherever you are in the world.
It’s super easy to fit into your week and it gives you just enough space to breathe and feel relaxed again.
