Hi! I’m Sarah, so nice to meet you!

A few years ago, I was doing everything “right” but still feeling so tired.

I created the slow down circle because my life changed when I discovered self-development, body work, and energy. A whole new world opened for me where I finally started to understand myself again. After years of feeling lost, I slowly got to know myself (again) and what really matters to me.

What “normal life” looked like for me back then:

  • Too tired after work to hang out with friends, family or for hobbies like the gym or dance class.

  • Irritated and annoyed by almost everything.

  • Overthinking texts when people didn’t reply right away and starting to doubt every single word I said.

  • My body gave clear signs that something had to change: broken wrist, skin cancer, near burn-out and bore-out.

I learned the hard way that the mainstream way of living is not what I want.That’s why I decided to do it differently.

For me that means: solo traveling, building my business, plenty of me-time and having energy for quality moments with my friends & family.

People often tell me they want this life too but they feel scared. My answer? Do less, get to know yourself and take it one step at a time.

It all starts within. If I can do it, you can too. 🧡

What’s inside the slow down circle

  • OPENING SESSION - 16 OCTOBER ❤️‍🔥

    The Slow Down Circle officially opens 16 October again with an online welcoming & opening session about intuitive living that you don’t want to miss. 🥹

    This session will be the start of an amazing journey together. It consist of a welcoming ceremony and a behind the scenes in my life: how I did it all so far (I’m Belgian and currently in Australia, again) and how you can do it too. ☀️☀️

    There will be a replay of this session, so don’t worry if you can’t make it!

    You’ll get one moment each week to slow down and check in thanks to our Instagram group.

    It supports you to stay grounded and connected to yourself, even on busy days.

    ☀️ What you get is different every week. Sometimes it’s a short meditation to let go of stress, a mini tarot reading to give you clarity, or a simple question to reflect on.

    ☀️ You can listen or read the check-ins on the train, during your work break, when you’re making coffee, during a walk, on your yoga mat, or wherever you are in the world.

  • Not at all! This is the entire point of the slow down circle: to make time for yourself even during busy/difficult times. And I truly believe that you can’t make it to a monthly session, that session isn’t for you at that time. There are plenty of other ones.

  • You're not the only one! That's why this journey is one year because time just goes by so fast. There also is a weekly check-in AND monthly selfcare session to remind you of taking time for yourself.

  • You get access to the online platform Discover right after you join the slow down circle. You will get a personal invite via mail to join the Instagram group for the weekly check-ins.
